Common questions
Does it really cost nothing to host?
Yes. We own the equipment and earn from product sales. You never pay for the machine, installation, inventory or service. If you'd like to subsidize items for your team, we can set that up too.
How much space do I need?
A single smart cooler needs about the footprint of a standard refrigerator and one standard 115V outlet. We'll measure during the site visit.
What if something gets stolen?
Smart coolers only open after a payment card is tapped, and every visit is recorded by the cooler's cameras. Shrink is our responsibility, not yours.
Can we choose the products?
Yes. We start with a menu based on your location and headcount, then adjust it as we see what sells. Your team can request specific items at any time.
How long does installation take?
Usually one to two weeks from the site visit, depending on equipment availability. The install itself takes a few hours.
